Class 2.4 Raise €1100 for Trocaire

Congratulations to Class 2.4 and their CSPE teacher Ms. Norris who raised a staggering €1100 for the Trocaire as part of their 24 fast appeal.

Trully a tremendous effort by all involved.

Dominican College for Daffodil Day '09

Class 5.3 will be selling both Daffodil day pins and badges for €3 each in the school on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th of March.

Everyone in Dominican College is encouraged to buy either a pin or a badge as many of us aware of the devastating effects of cancer from recent media coverage of sufferers such as Jade Goody and also from our own family members or friends who have been diagnosed with this illness. 

Class 5.3 Daffodil Day Display

All 5th Year students will be selling pins and badges on behalf of the Irish Cancer Society in Dublin city centre on Daffodil Day which is this Friday 20th of March.

Daffodil Day '09 is being coordinated by Mr. Joe Curry and Mr. Sean McDermott, assisted by Ms. Aideen Holahan and Ms. Deborah Noonan.

Class 2.4 Complete 24 Hour Fast for Trocaire

Congratulations to Class 2.4 and their CSPE teacher Ms. Norris who as part of their CSPE project undertook the Trocaire 24 Hour Fast on Friday 13th of March.
