Temple Street Fundraising

The Transition Year students on behalf of Temple Street Children’s Hospital’s Trick or Treat campaign braved the cold and the rain to raise money for a very worthy cause. The girls managed to raise a staggering €1,651.25 for Temple Street. This money will go towards the development of a Cystic Fibrosis and Respiratory Unit for the hospital. The scanner will cost €2.7m, and although the money raised sounds small in comparison to such a vast sum, the Transition Years have helped to change the lives of the thousands of children that Temple Street cares for by contributing to this campaign.
