Junior Certificate Home Economics Food Displays - 2007

The week after the Easter holidays was a busy one for Junior Certificate Home Economics students as they cooked up a storm in the kitchen for their practical exam. In Home Economics, 35% of the marks are for practical cookery. Students have two weeks to practise their dishes before the exam. Students cooked dishes such as bread, scones, lasagne, curry, quiche, apple tart, fruit salad, soup and many more culinary delights! Looking at the pictures below, who know maybe there are some up and coming Jamie Oliver's amongst this group of hardworking students!
