A unique one-day national event for guidance counsellors and students with a disability or specific learning difficulty considering Higher Education options in Ireland. National College of Ireland in association with AHEAD and DAWN (Disability Advisors Working Network) are hosting the event on: Wednesday 5th December 2007 11.00 am – 3.00 pm National College of Ireland, Mayor Street, IFSC, Dublin 1
The Better Options event is specifically geared towards and will be of great benefit to Students with Disabilities and specific learning difficulties, Guidance Counsellors, Teachers, SENO's, NEPS & Parents. This event is free & all are welcome.

3rd December against The High School in Rathgar.
The motion for this debate is "Ireland Inc. is demonstrating genuine commitment to tackling global warming." Dominican College will be opposing the motion.
This is the last debate in the league phase of the competition so best of luck to the team; Kim Connick and Dearbhla Quinn from 5th Year and Eimear Eilis and Emer Toale from Transition Year.
